1- You need to send us an email requesting for a gift return (GR) number, and to obtain the correct address for our Returns Department, before returning any item. The RMA number on your package tells us what to do with it when we receive it. To get the Number please send  email with your product and purchase details to with the subject RETURN
2- Write down the gift return (GR) number given to you by the customer service
3- Include the GR number in the return shipping address
4- Send the gift back to us and For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
